This listing is for INDIVIUDAL UNIT BOARDS only for signs that we have made.
In the information box please list the following;
- Color of board. If stained and unsure of color please send us a picture.
*If stained please note the color of the words (black or white)*
- Name of unit
- Location
- Dates:(year-year) unless original format has months
- Emblems you would like included w/ color(default color will match the word fill color) **Max of 2 emblems per board**
Available Emblems: baby feet, house, paw print, retired,diploma,rings,ribbon
Once your order has been placed we will send you proofs to check within a week. Please go over proofs very carefully. We do not check for any typos or errors with locations. Any proofs approved with incorrect information will require a new board to be purchased. Also please check to make sure the layout matches your current sign. We make so many of these and each proof is custom so if something looks off please say something so that we can make the correction. Once proofs are approved changes can't be made.
Painted unit board colors are as follows;
Navy- Land Units
Red- Ice Breakers
Orange- Stations and ANTs
White- White Hulls
Black- Black Hulls, MSST, and Tactical Units
OD Green- MSRT, Tactical Units
Sand- Bahrain Units and Cutters
Gray- Tornado Class Cutters or Prior Service Navy Afloat Units

Please note that with any stained item we can not guarantee a perfect match due to the unique characterisitcs of wood and the grain patterns. Even when using the same stain it may show up lighter or darker due to varying grain pattern. Kindly message us with any questions regarding stained boards.

Cleaning Instructions: Use a damp clothe to remove any dust.
Returns: We do not accept returns on orders. Due to the fact that all items are made to order, we are unable to issue a refund on an order once your item has been made. Once proofs have been completed and approved, a refund is no longer possible.
Refunds: If an item is received damaged please notify us, we will attempt to replace the damaged item. If the box comes damanged and the product is also damaged please save the box and take pictures.
